Responsibilities

• Mindfulness to collaborate from different perspectives
• Present solutions and concepts based on your own ideas
• Provide art direction for a range of styles and trends
• Execute high-end animation utilizing foundational principles
• Offer and manage feedback with goodwill and healthy optimism
• Show initiative to advance skills beyond current thresholds

Requirements

• Robust portfolio in design/illustration and animation
• Available to work 24 -32 hrs per week
• Strong capability within either C4D, AfterEffects, Illustrator or Photoshop
• Clear and concise communication with directors and producers
• Professional Mac or PC for any remote work. Antidote to provide in-studio workstation. Production tools provided for bother remote and in-studio work
• Confident voice. Don’t be silent
• Ready to push boundaries

Work

Studio hours are from 9am CST – 5pm CST Monday thru Friday. We expect a strong work ethic to ensure project milestones and efficiencies. Weekend and evening work is rare as we strive to maintain a balanced lifestyle.

We are currently working in a hybrid environment with both remote and in-studio opportunities. However, we recommend an in-person internship at our Saint Louis studio for a more comprehensive experience.
